MOODY PUBLISHERS
Recently I asked the question on my facebook page what people were reading. It's probably not the best place to get a feel for what folks are reading, much less, if they're reading, since not all you're friends are checking in each day and they miss your question/post. Nonetheless, it was good to see people are still picking something to read, whether they get it on their Kindle, Amazon, bookstore, ect....As someone who sort-of-struggles to read on a consistent basis, I beat myself up from time to time for not reading more. I know it's a great way to learn and grow.
I've made a commitment for 2011 to use my time more wisely, by reading more, whether I'm waiting for the car to get fixed, using my hours of drive time better, or just laying on the couch in the family room. So far, I've had a good start this year by listening to more audios in the car.
My congratulations go out to Moody Publishers for starting a blog in which they say: "we are here to start a dialogue on faith, publishing, and literary culture, in which we welcome your insights and offer you a behind-the-scenes look at the book industry."

Happy reading.
